Saturday every other month
?????? (Jan - Mar - May - July - Sept - November)???? which will be held in the classroom at the Amarillo Senior Citizen's Center at 1217 South Tyler in Amarillo. Any writer, published or unpublished, new or advanced, is welcome to attend this meeting and writing workshop. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m.

A different speaker is presented at each meeting and there is generally a
workshop format which provides writing tips and insights along with very
practical how-to information.? Whether
you are a seasoned writer looking to improve your craft or a person who has
always wanted to try your hand, this is the place for you.? Past presenters have included Pulitzer
winner Michael Cunningham, Evan Smith,
editor of Texas Monthly, 1999 National Book Award winner Kimberly Willis Holt, and award winning authors Laura Parker, D. R. Meredith, Jodi Thomas,
and Nancy Taylor Rosenberg.
